2. Products and Prices
The products offered on the site are carefully described. Prices are displayed in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT), excluding shipping fees.
Dernière Lune reserves the right to change the prices at any time, but orders already placed will be billed at the price in effect at the time of confirmation.
3. Orders and Payments
Orders are placed directly online. Accepted payment methods are: PayPal and credit card. Full payment is required to confirm the order.
4. Shipping
- Served Areas: France for physical products, International for downloadable products.
- Currently, we only offer shipping within mainland France. International orders are limited to downloadable digital products.
- Shipping fees: Calculated automatically during checkout, only for shipments within France. There are no shipping fees for downloadable products.
Note: Dernière Lune cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.
5. Returns and Refunds
In accordance with the right of withdrawal, you have 14 days from the receipt of the product to return it. Please note that this does not apply to downloadable products. Once a product is downloaded, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
- Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective.
- Refund: Processed within 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned product. Please note, downloadable products are non-refundable once they have been downloaded, except in cases of issues with the file, in which case please contact us.
- Custom Orders: Customized products cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of a defect or error in customization caused by Dernière Lune.
